Laboratory / Technique
The jewels of our laboratory are realized utilizing manual workings exclusively. Each piece is a unique exemplary, its fine personal characteristics make it rare and precious.
The technique derives from the historical "Fusione a cera persa" introduced in Florence by the master Benvenuto Cellini in the 1600.
Briefly, first we realize a wax model; this will be non-returnable, because we use it to form a chalk mould. In the chalk shape we pour the precious metal's fusion. After solidification and superficial metal working, with the addition of precious stones too, we obtain the finished jewel.
In the magazine you can read a step by step description of the process.
